Soucieuse d’améliorer l’accès des entreprises à la commande publique, la Région Bretagne a adopté en 2018 son schéma des achats économiquement responsables. Celui-ci vise à faciliter l’accès des TPE et PME aux marchés publics en favorisant le rapprochement de l’offre et de la demande. Il s’agit également de faire de la commande publique un levier de développement économique et de transition écologique, et à renforcer son impact social positif.
